The guarantee is simple: if you purchase our products and you aren’t satisfied, return the unused portion for a 100% refund of your purchase price.

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with our products, return the unused portion of your product within 30 days of purchase, and we will credit your credit card 100% of the purchase price. The guarantee is applicable to purchases made from Zolex-HandCleaner.com and does not cover 3^rd party resellers or retailers. Retail purchases must be handled by the particular stores return policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@zolex-handcleaner.com and we will work out the best course of action. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift certificates.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
